  Verse labels in verse list freeze after switching songs with Qt 4.8

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  This bug occurs on the following platforms and versions of OpenLP
  1.9.8 - openSUSE 12.1 with QT 4.8 installed via KDE 4.8 repo
  1.9.8 - openSUSE Factory (QT 4.8 installed by default)
  1.9.8-bzr1904 - openSUSE Factory (QT 4.8 installed by default)
  1.9.8 - Fedora 16 (QT 4.8 installed by default)

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open a song to live or preview, doesn't matter which as long as you stay in the same place
  2. Scroll up and down the verse list to see that the labels scroll with the list as expected
  3. Change to a different song
  4. Notice that labels are frozen and don't line up with new song and don't scroll
  5. Go back to first song, notice that labels are still frozen

  Bug also occurs in song editor after you've edited the first song.
