Title:
  HIghlighted item in service will move if dragging a blank area

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Highlight any item in the service. Go to the bottom of the service
  items in a blank area, click and drag down. The item that was
  highlighted will jump to the bottom of the service file.

  My trouble is, I always click in that blank space after I work with a
  file to deselect it and every once in a while it jumped on me and
  messes up the service order. I finally figured out how to reproduce it
  with Jonathan's help.
