I think this has something to do with virtual desktops. 
I find it very unlikely that we can do anything to fix this, I imagine it is very specific to the operating system and window manager used anyway. Trying to find anything in the Qt4 docs or LibreOffice API is going to be needle in the haystack stuff without even knowing if the needle exists, but you are welcome to prove me wrong. 

I'm going to change to wishlist anyway, I certainly don't think it's a
bug and a warning message is just going to confuse anyone (including me)
who doesn't have a clue what "all desktops / workspaces" are. I imagine
the same issue is going to affect VLC too and any other third party apps
that get added down the road.

  Presentation display is not "on all desktops"

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  Show on all desktops / workspaces is set to live window, but not to presentation window.
  I don't know if it is possble, to set this flag to e.g LibreOffice presentation window. If it isn't, a warning about that would be nice :)
