  Keep/restore selected book, chapters and verses when changing the
  bible translation

Bug description:
  Hello,

  (http://openlp.org/de/forums/development/feature-requests/2-requests)

  When you change the bible version in the advanced tab, the selected
  book, chapters and verses are reset to the first verse in the bible
  (usually Genesis 1:1).

  When you change the bible version we should keep the selected values. It should also work with different languages.
  Example: The selection "Johannes 3:16" should work when you change to a English translation ("John 3:16" instead of "Johannes 3:16").
