Bug description:
  Add a songs importer for MediaShout.
  * MediaShout is available for Windows and Mac (as of v4.5)
  * MediaShout v3.5 stores its songs in a MS Access database (*.mdb).
  * Kurtis Nelson has written a ruby script to convert MediaShout v3.5 mdb to OpenLyrics XML files:
