  Authors display name is not automatically entered

Bug description:
  Hello,

  "In the previous version (1.9.9), when you added an author, the
  display name was automaticly entered as you entered the information in
  the first and last name fields. With version 1.9.10, when you tab to
  the next field, the dispaly name information is overwritten. I have to
  manually enter the correct first name."
