  Lack of keyboard shortcuts in song editor

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  When you create new song or edit current songs, you should be able to
  mark more then one list item (authors and songbooks in songbook
  editor) and use keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+a to mark all list items.
  Likewise you should be able to use the delete key to delete list
  items.
