  OpenLP does not start in debug mode

Bug description:
  Hello,

  arch linux, r2028

  OpenLP does not start in debug mode (python2 openlp.pyw -l debug -d),
  instead it crashes....

  [andreas@andypc trunk]$ python2 openlp.pyw -l debug -d                         
  Logging to:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "openlp.pyw", line 44, in <module>
      main()
    File "/home/andreas/Projects/OpenLP/trunk/openlp/core/__init__.py", line 250, in main
      print 'Logging to:', filename
  NameError: global name 'filename' is not defined
