  Configure Formatting Tags listview keyboard navigation

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In the Configure Formatting Tags form, the listview can be navigated
  with the keyboard (up/down arrow keys or PgUp/PgDown), but the "Edit
  Selection" controls do not update. These controls only update if
  selection is changed with the mouse.

  "Edit Selection" controls include:
  * Description edit box
  * Tag edit box
  * Start tag edit box
  * End tag edit box
  * Delete button (state)
