  Empty verse tags in song editor->edit all are silently removed

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Enter the following text in to the "edit all" dialogue box:

  "---[Verse:1]---
  ---[Verse:2]---
  blah blah blah"

  Click save and verse 1 is removed.
