  disable presentations on Mac

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Presentations (OpenOffice/Mac Office) are not yet supported on Mac.
  The presentation plugin could be completely disabled for Mac platform.

  If the user would try to enable it, openlp could show message like:
  'Presentations not supported on Mac.'
