  display screen - hide mouse by default

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  In OpenLP settings in advanced tab there is a checkbox to hide mouse
  cursor for display screen.

  I think it's more user friendly to make it checked by default when
  OpenLP.
