[Bug 1053017] Re: Settings import and export

Settings are Exported on a machine.

When the settings file is Imported, an error message is given:

"The file you selected does not appear to be a valid OpenLP setting
file.

Section [crashreport] is not valid.

This error will occur if an error report was saved on the machine from
which the settings were Exported.

Presently, when the export is done, all settings under OpenLP are
exported, but when the import is done, an check is made against a valid
section list. "crashreport" is not part of this list.

Since a crashreport is not the norm, this section should be ignored when
doing an import.
