Fixed it, let us wait for the 2.0 release. Then the other core devs have
to decide whether they agree on with or not.

  display screen - hide mouse by default

Bug description:
  In OpenLP settings in advanced tab there is a checkbox to hide mouse
  cursor for display screen.

  I think it's more user friendly to make it checked by default when
  OpenLP.
