For a moment there I thought I'd reproduced it. Now that I look again, I
was mistaken as I was editing a theme, not creating a new one.

Title:
  There is no "Name" window in the Theme Creator

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  
  Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
  OpenLP Version 1.9.12

  When I am creating a new theme in the Theme Creator/Editor, there is
  no place to enter a name for the theme.  When I click on "Finish" at
  the end, itgives me an error message to enter a name.  No where in the
  creation process can I add a name.
