Message #17470
[Bug 1005168] Re: Pre-chorus and End gets same abbr. in Swedish
There is no solution for all languages (at least not programmatically).
Bugs in the code can be fixed easily. But "bugs" in the translations
causing bugs/problems are more difficult to fix, because we don't check
what the translator translate.
The "one-letter" solutions looks much better than the "two-letter"
solution: "V1" looks better than "VE1"
And I ask you to fix this in the translations instead.
The fix for "bridge/pre-chorus" (Português do Brasil) problem would be to translate "bridge" with "bridge". I checked that myself. There won't be any clashes.

Title:
Pre-chorus and End gets same abbr. in Swedish
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
In Progress
Bug description:
1)
Windows 7 Pro (64-bit)
2)
OpenLP 1.9.9 build bzr1955
3)
In verse order in the song creation window you cannot have both pre-chorus and end in the same song since they share the abbreviation S1 (pre-chorus=stick and end=slut). Or rather you can have a Pre-chorus but not an end since the abbreviation for End isn't recognized as a correct ditto.
