  Control buttons always on top toolbar

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  For multitasking lyrics presenters it would be useful if OpenLP had
  small window on top of everything.

  It might have these buttons:
  previous, next, blank to theme/black, show desktop
