I'm marking this as "Won't Fix" - for SF.net to be down there would need
to be a catastrophe of some sort. I know it has happened before, but I
don't think this is a worthwhile use of our time.

Bug description:
  It looks as if a couple users encountered a problem possibly caused by Source Forge being down?!?
  Both reports were reported in close succession.
