Are you saying that if the request comes from the Web then the media
should always start regardless of the "Unblank and start setting"

Bug description:

  When going live on a media item it defaults to paused. This causes a problem when running from the web or Android remote. The remote should automatically play the item if the screen is not blank. 
  If the screen is initially blank, unblanking should automatically play it.
