  "Volunteer" button in About dialog goes to old manual

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The "Volunteer" button in the About dialog links to the old version 1
  documentation. This needs to be updated to point to either the user
  guide or the reference manual, and that which it points to needs a
  page on volunteering or otherwise contributing.
