I think we should keep it, but default it to "mute" I have been given a
video before and asked to start it "just after the guy says ..."

  hide volume slider for video preview

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  As it is now the volume slider in video preview is not set up to
  update the volume level. Video in preview is always started muted and
  this volume slider is useless.

  We should probably hide it.
