Not exactly.

Let's assume you are running the firsttime wizard for the second time
but you realize you do not need to run it. So then you just press
Cancel.

After that songs are reindexed. But in reality no new songs were added.

Bug description:
  When running the firsttime wizard and canceling it without adding a
  new song causes song reindexing. I think openlp should not do that
  when there is no new song.
