Title:
  Media  and Presentation media managers do not show red crosses against
  missing files

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Add an image to to the media manager.
  Delete the image from the disc.
  Restart OpenLP and a red cross shows against the image

  Add an video to to the media manager.
  Delete the video from the disc.
  Restart OpenLP and the video is listed with out an icon.

  The video manager should show a red cross for consistency.
