  SongPro Import ignores page breaks

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In the SongPro export format, a line break with no text is classed as
  a new slide/page (a line with a single space is classed as a blank
  line on the same slide). The importer ignores this and adds all the
  text as a single slide with blank lines.

  OpenLP 1.9.11 on Win7 x64 (also confirmed on x86 and WinXP).
