Android 2.3.3 on Sony Ericsson x10i

Perhaps its the Sony Skin? Jon seems to have had this issue. Its a little
unclear if he still has his x10i and the problem has gone away or he's
upgraded?

Bug description:
  I am using Andoid 2.3.4 and the latest OpenLP version and I get this bug:
  In the Android app, the background picture gets blacked out when you try to scroll up or down in settings.
