I don't see it on my HTC One S with Android 4.0.4

If it's only a cosmetic problem, and it's only in the settings, then it
is worth trying to fix for the few that have the issue?

Bug description:
  I am using Andoid 2.3.4 and the latest OpenLP version and I get this bug:
  In the Android app, the background picture gets blacked out when you try to scroll up or down in settings.
