This must be an android issue as we set the background as per the API
guide with no options as to how to make any changes,

Bug description:
  I am using Andoid 2.3.4 and the latest OpenLP version and I get this bug:
  In the Android app, the background picture gets blacked out when you try to scroll up or down in settings.
