Title:
.m4v video file extension crashes OpenLP

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Current test machine is Win7, VLC 2.0.4, and OpenLP bzr2110.

OpenLP won't play a video with .m4v extension
  (http://www.ansyromania.us/RO/withHeart_files/withHeart%20PROMO%20HD-
ipad.m4v). Renaming the file as .avi solves the problem.

OpenLP seems to pass it to Webkit instead of VLC. On one of my
computers this means the sound doesn't work, on another it freezes
OpenLP completely. If I remove Webkit from the available players and
force OpenLP to use VLC, I get an 'unsupported file' dialog.
