Review: Needs Fixing

1) The string is wrong: settings -> players (Visible backgrounds for IMAGES....)
2) Can you find another icon for the new settings tab?
3) The mouse wheel does not seem to work on the position slider.
4) Got this traceback when clicking the "open" button: http://pastebin.com/wg0u2KDX
5) I got this traceback when trying to play a media file (the problem only occurs when use another language then English): http://pastebin.com/Z3GTYfCZ
