As far as I'm aware most people re-run it to try and download
songs/bibles etc they missed the first time. I'm not sure it's likely to
be re-run to put the active plugins back. It certainly doesn't reset
/all/ the settings, so why just pick a few?

If we want to reset all the settings back to the defaults, perhaps we
should have a separate option for this, like VLC does.

  Rerun first time wizard changes active plugins

Bug description:
  If the option to rerun the First Time Wizard is selected, then on the
  first page the Active plugin defaults are checked so all are active
  except the Remote plugin. If overlooked it can cause problems if you
  didn't realise it has deactivated the Remote.

  Therefore if the wizard is accessed via the re-run option (rather than
  the real first time) then it should default the checkboxes to the
  current active state rather than a predefined list.
