[Bug 1094198] Re: Setting Import fails to find General section
I tested export/import of settings on osx. It works. I just wonder that
in the exported file there is [General] section present twice. Once with
'%' and once without it:

Bug description:
Export you settings file and you get a nice text file but
[General] is exported as [%General]
This blocks the import from working as it does not find a [General] section,
This exists in 2.0 for the export
