I asked for the looping to stop when the screen is blanked and restarted
when unblanked.

It did not make sense to allow a service item with auto start to start
looping when the screen is blanked.

It would mean that it would not be easy to start the loop at an exact
image when unblanking

Bug description:
  Hello,

  arch linux, trunk 2152

  1) Start OpenLP
  2) Blank to Desktop
  3) Send a song live
  4) Start the slide loop

  Result:
  Loop is not start

  Expected:
  Loop should start even when blanked.

  NOTE: the loop does not even start when I unblanking.
