Bug description:
  Hello,

  arch linux, r2197

  1) Start OpenLP
  2) Set a default theme
  3) Remove the theme "Default"
  4) Restart OpenLP

  Result:
  The build-in theme "Default" is now present in the theme manager and is the default theme (it should only be re-created if there are no themes at all).

  Expected:
  Chosen theme should be default. Also the theme "Default" should not be created.
