[Bug 1090641] Re: CCLI license doesn't display

If I wasn't clear, yes this is caused by  when the computer creating the
song doesn't have the CCLI number set, but the one displaying it does.

Bug description:
  When I open an osz made on another computer, the CCLI license in the
  settings isn't show in the song until after I "edit" each song.

  Windows 8 Pro x64, OpenLP 2.0
