Review: Needs Fixing

Sorry but I just noticed a problem with the test structures.

functional --> openlp_plugins --> songs etc 
interfaces --> openlp_plugins_formname.  In my opinion this is wrong.
interfaces --> openlp_plugins --> plugin --> formname is better as this will allow the plugin stuff to be together.  

Willing to approve this a allow a follow up though!
