Message #21076
[Bug 1072478] Re: Don't warn about unused verses if explicit order is missing
Instead of the warning "Not all verses are in use" there is now a new warning "You have not entered a verse order" when the verse order box is empty.
So this is fixed.

Title:
Don't warn about unused verses if explicit order is missing

Bug description:
When editing a song, there is a message, "Warning: Not all verses are
in use", shown unless all parts of the song are present in the verse
order box. However, since verse order is optional, we shouldn't show
the message if the verse order box is empty.
