I personally don't like adding stuff to the media manager unless it is really necessary, to avoid clutter.

I would prefer it to start in the settings, and then wait and see if a load of people would find it convenient to have it more easily accessible since they change it frequently. If so, we can then promote it to the media manager. But that's just my view as someone who wouldn't use this option anyway!
