Bug description:
  I've seen this reported several times ont he support tracker. 
  Most recently: http://support.openlp.org/issues/2004

  line 596, in send_responseAttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no 
  attribute 'write'

  It appears that  the HTTP server instance is being deleted for some
  reason.
