1. It provides all the constants definitions so we can code constants.ppPlaceholderBody instead of 2
2. It provides the definitions for the dispatch events so that the powerpoint presentation can alert OpenLP of changes instead of OpenLP having to constantly poll.  This is useful not only to reduce polling, but esential for when presentations are advanced by means other than OpenLP (clicker, timer, etc.)
