  Focus lost when deleting items (start at top) from Service Manager

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Expired

Bug description:
  1) Operating System
    - Version:  Win7 64bit
    - Edition - Home Premium
  2) Version of OpenLP:  2.0.3
  3) The exact steps to take in order to reproduce the error

  1.  Drag multiple items (songs, custom slides, etc. doesn't seem to matter) to the Service Manager
  2.  Select the top item in the list, press Delete --> item is deleted, but cursor focus is lost forcing you to click to select another item

  Note that if you start deleting by selecting the bottom-most item it
  works as expected (focus never lost).  If you click on an item in the
  middle of the list (ex. click on item 3 out of 10), as soon as the
  item you clicked on is deleted focus is lost.
