Hm somehow on Windows it can't handle UTF-8 filenames:

nose.proxy.FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'Z:\\var\\lib\\jenkins\\projects\\openlp\\branch\\tests\\resources\\openlyricssongs\\M�m zde p\u0159�tele, P�na Je���e.xml'

Any idea?
