  nightly build 2286 can't import Opensong NIV Bible

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  I haven't tested to see that the stable build has this problem too,
  but I am moving back to it because of a crash in nightly that
  interrupts our services.

  By the way, great job guys. You are way ahead of commercial software
  packs that I have seen and used before.

  When I import the openSong NIV bible (perhaps others too) I get this
  error:

  TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for %: 'NoneType' and 'tuple'

  
  The submission box never works out - Send is never activated. 

  Then when I click close, I get the normal import window with the
  progress bar and it says 'Importing %s%s...' and you can wait until
  the cows come home - nothing is happening.
