  Glow/Border on KDE in openSUSE 13.1 with Oxygen Theme

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  This bug seems to has cropped up recently, so it's most likely caused
  by some KDE component thing that got updated in openSUSE 13.1. I will
  try to narrow down the root cause. Is anyone else seeing this in KDE
  on other distros? I've attached a screenshot.
