I don't understand what you mean. I can browse all the jobs and their
output fine without being logged in. What 404 or 403 page are you
seeing?

Bug description:
  Hello,

  You have to be logged in to see the code coverage. It should be
  public. People should write tests for not covered code, so they have
  to know which code isn't covered. Loggin in (or even creating an
  account) is just additional barrier.
