[Merge] lp:~trb143/openlp/gen1 into lp:openlp

Fix setup.py for python3 to remove binary strings.
Fix desktop file
Fix issue with Theme displaying on import, theme regeneration and FTW.
Remove bogus test 
Add new tests for minin.
