  Allow editing of author types

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  In OpenLP 2.2 you can add a type to an author (words, music etc) but for existing authors you can't change it.
  It should be possible to do that.

  Might be done with an inline combobox or a dialog.
