  Esc doesn't close the presentation when started from Servicemanager

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  When I send an item live from the media manager, I can exit the presentation with the Escape key.
  But that doesn't work when I sent it live from the service manager.

  This is especially annoying when using single screen mode and you
  don't know how to exit the full screen view.
