I'm surprised you didn't have any more comments ;)

I split the dimension key into width and height + other small changes.

I tested services that doesn't have display_titles and notes and they loads fine.
About images not being ready... When we call get_image we wait for the image to be ready, so there might be a small lag, but it will load. Alternatively, we could just bypass the imagemanager and serve the thumbnails directly.
