Cleaned up gallery. Still some items that need to be checked, but major

Bug description:

  http://support.openlp.org/issues/1932

  The theme galerie needs a clean up. It still offers themes which are
  not available (and "Save as.." downloads download rubbish which we
  cannot import).

  Request 1: Remove old themes.

  Request 2: Relaunch the galerie (we might want do make some rules
  (copyright etc), preview images are too large, ...)
