  Wrong position when drag and drop an item in the service list

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  I have a service list:
  A
  B
  C

  A new item D will be dragged and dropped on the position of item B

  A
  B D
  C

  Current behaviour:
  the item D will be inserted after item B
  A
  B
  D
  C

  Expected behaviour:
  the item D will be inserted before item B
  A
  D
  B
  C

  This is the common behaviour on the most drag'n'drop actions.
